Schuman Brasserie may be new to the European Quarter, but the team behind it is far from new to Brussels.

With more than 20 years of experience in gastronomy, our journey has been shaped by years of service, dedication, and a deep passion for the brasserie tradition. For a long time, we had the privilege of managing a well established restaurant at Place du Luxembourg, in the heart of the EU district.

Today, we continue that story at Schuman Roundabout, where we have created a new space that reflects everything we have learned over the years: quality cuisine, consistency, and genuine hospitality.

Schuman Brasserie is a place where people can enjoy a proper Belgian beer, a relaxed lunch, a business dinner, or a simple moment of pause in a busy district.
